Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
For contracts for the delivery of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
For contracts regarding the delivery of data not stored on a physical medium, which is produced and provided in digital form (digital content), the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (atrain GmbH, Unterer Kaulberg 3, 96049 Bamberg, Germany, Tel.: +49171552 81 47, Email: products@atrain.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
For contracts for the delivery of goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or Early Termination of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not citizens of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the provision of digital content if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed to us that you are aware that your consent to the commencement of contract performance results in the loss of your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium that sets forth the content of the contract, including the aforementioned conditions for the premature expiration of the right of withdrawal.

General Information on Returning Goods
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against shipping damage by using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us with shipping charges unpaid.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1–2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
