How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free within Germany.
For orders from other countries, we calculate the shipping costs based on the region during checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days, and within the EU 5–10 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as your package is on its way.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in perfect condition.
